WhatsApp, email and automated assistance
When you contact us on WhatsApp, messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform under its policies and delivered to our systems for response and follow-up.
We may use an automated assistant to provide an initial response, understand the service needed and collect relevant details. A technical AI provider may process the message under restricted access controls. You may ask to speak with a person at any time.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or information unrelated to your request through chat.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, although no electronic method is completely secure.

Requesting data deletion
To request deletion, email us from your registered contact method with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the mobile number or order reference concerned. We will acknowledge the request and explain the outcome, except where retention is legally required.
